Outgang is a streaming platform focused on delivering high-quality video classes with the goal of covering anything and everything that benefits character art students and veterans alike.
Our profit-sharing plan is simple: The more you help us grow our platform, the more money you make in return. We want to offer one of the most competitive compensation packages there is.
Our flexible schedule is also simple: There are no quotas, deadlines or schedules to adhere to. Create content whenever you want and as much as you want. As a teacher at Outgang you’ll also have a lot of creative freedom to decide the kind of content that you want to produce.
Outgang is global. We have members everywhere around the world and we're especially interested in hiring international talent that speak multiple languages.
We’re interested in hiring not only talented character artists but also anyone that operates in a connecting field. If you’re a rigger, an animator, a concept artist or if you feel your knowledge can benefit character artists in other ways, we should talk.
